Steven Rinaldi has represented me over the past 6 years regarding all business transactional, franchising and all retail leasing matters. He closed a very complicated business acquisition transaction worth close to $2mil. This involved 2 franchise restaurant locations, 2 different landlords, and with SBA guaranteed loan (44 different documents to be negotiated and signed in order to close the transaction.)
