Steven Rinaldi has had his own law firm in downtown Bethesda concentrating on business law matters and intellectual property matters since September 2005. I handle all transactions on a flat fee basis. I estimate the number of hours of work that is necessary to complete a particular transaction, as well as any state and federal filing fees. I do not exceed the quoted estimate, unless you request additional services. I handle:

Prior to September 2005 he was software licensing attorney for Mercury Interactive. He also was the Associate General Counsel of the American Bankers Association, and was responsible for all business agreements for a $30 million dollar a year division of the Association.
